Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable purchase.

Shipping

Physical products may be shipped by third-party carriers.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, weather, customs, supply chain issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Title and risk of loss for physical products pass to you when the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and related fees, which are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless expressly stated.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Refunds, returns, and exchanges may vary depending on the product or service purchased.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

  • Physical products may be eligible for return or exchange if unused, in original condition, and returned within seven days of delivery.
  • Digital products, downloads, book bonuses, online resources, and digital content are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
  • Coaching, consulting, speaking, workshops, intensives, and professional services are subject to the refund and cancellation terms stated in the applicable agreement, proposal, invoice, or checkout page.
  • Event registrations may be subject to separate cancellation or transfer policies.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund, return, exchange, or replacement requests at our discretion.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order information and photos of the damage.

Digital Products and Book Bonuses

Digital resources, downloads, audiobook access, eBook access, workbook materials, bonus content, and other digital products are provided for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, upload, publish, license, or otherwise make digital materials available to others without our prior written permission.

Access to digital products or bonuses may be limited, modified, or discontinued at any time.

Coaching, Speaking, and Professional Services

Information provided through the Services, including coaching content, leadership resources, personal growth materials, speaking content, workshops, and related resources, is for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, business, financial, leadership, or organizational outcome.

Any coaching, consulting, speaking, workshop, retreat, or professional service engagement may be governed by a separate agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement will control.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

If you consent to receive SMS or text messages from us, you agree to receive recurring messages, which may include transactional messages, order updates, event reminders, abandoned cart reminders, customer support messages, promotional messages, and marketing offers.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for charges imposed by your wireless provider.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message you receive from us, or by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the message. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.

We are not responsible for delayed, failed, or misdirected delivery of SMS messages, or for any action you take or do not take based on such messages.

All content and materials available through the Services, including text, images, graphics, videos, audio, designs, logos, trademarks, service marks, downloads, frameworks, worksheets, digital resources, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to WAYNEW, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
